How these regulations effect you
The Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999 apply to all plumbing systems. We aim to work with designers and installers to improve the standard of installations connected to the public water supply by ensuring that these requirements are satisfied.
There are different requirements for work carried out at domestic and non-domestic premises. This is particularly relevant to the types of work which must be notified to the water company before they are carried out.
