Charges for services
As we have a duty to implement and enforce the Water Regulations, no charges will be made for our initial inspection or subsequent inspections where compliance has been achieved. However, with respect to failed inspections where required works have not been completed, we may charge for aborted visits and repeat inspections, in line with our published statement of charges. These charges are based on an hourly rate and are available in our annual guide to our charges.
Pipeline Solutions
Pipeline Solutions are an in house team at Essex & Suffolk Water. They undertake repairs, alterations, replacements & new installations of all sizes of underground pipework. Pipeline Solutions also offer design, pressure testing and disinfection services for water supply installations.
