Are you paying too much?

There are Government regulations to protect you if you receive certain benefits or tax credits and live in a property with a water meter.  You must also have either three or more children up to 19 years old in full time education who live with you or someone in your household who has a medical condition which means they use a lot of water.

If this applies to you, you do not have to pay more than the average household bill.  Please call our Customer Centre on 0845 782 0111 and ask for details.  Find out if you are eligible and would benefit from our WaterSure scheme (formerly known as the Protect Scheme).
