We are proud to provide a sustainable, affordable, clean and safe water supply and to manage and treat the waste water returned to us in a way that protects the environment.
Now you can save time, hassle and paper by managing your bills securely online - for free.
Essex & Suffolk Water are pleased to offer you a new service which allows you to view, pay and manage your bills online through your internet bank. This new, free service could save you time and hassle and also cut down on unwanted paper, which is good for the environment. This service is available to all customers who bank with either Lloyds TSB, The Royal Bank of Scotland or NatWest.
If you do not bank with one of the above you can also register to view and track your bills, including those paid by Direct Debit, online with the MyBillsOnline (formerly OneVu Online) service direct from our website.
Sign up to online billing today, and you could win £500.
• Receive your bills online.
• Get e-mail alerts when your new bills arrive.
• View bill details from multiple companies (only if you register via your bank).
• Make bill payments whenever you want.
• Keep an online record of your bills.
No. Once you sign up for this service you will be able to view a detailed bill and all of the information which would normally accompany your paper bill on-line. You will receive an e mail notification every time your new bill is available to view.
One of the other main advantages of e-billing is that it avoids us having to print and post bills and leaflets and is therefore good for the environment. We want to make our services as successful as possible as they are a great step forward in customer service and are also very environmentally friendly. It also means that you can access your accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If you use Lloyds TSB Internet Banking, the service is called Bill Manager. If you're with RBS or NatWest, it's Bill Management. If you're with a different bank, or don't bank online, no problem. You can use MyBillsOnline to view and track your bills.
