What's it like to work in an operations role?

We want to give you a flavour of what it means on a day-to-day basis to work in our organisation, so we've asked a few of our people to describe what they actually do, in detail. 

There can be variations in responsibilities between different operating areas and between treatment works, but fundamentally roles will be very similar whether you work for us in the Essex & Suffolk or Northumbrian operating areas.
