"The figures shown in line 1 relate to the Essex & Suffolk Region in which we only supply water services. The 'K' factors published by Ofwat for the whole company differ from these due to their inclusion of sewerage services for the Northumbrian Region."

The length of main reported in the Monitoring Plan is different to that assumed by Ofwat in the Final Determination. The Drinking Water Inspectorate has supported the changes to the reported lengths and to the profile.
