51p a day or £186 for the year commencing 1st April 2008 is the average bill for customers who are not on a meter.

Surface Water Drainage
Waste water charges include the cost of the disposal of rainwater from your premises. If you think that the rainwater from your property does not drain to a public sewer, please call Thames Water on 0845 920 0888 and ask for details of their surface water rebate.
Not with Thames Water?
If your wastewater services are provided by Anglian Water you will receive a separate bill from them. You can contact them for any billing queries on 0845 791 9155.
