How do I set up an account?

Please contact us using our online form or by telephone on 0845 782 0111

If you are a new customer you may not have a customer reference or account number
(printed at the top right hand side of your bill)
, but don't worry - this is an optional field and does not need to be completed.  Only the information marked with a red asterisk is required; all other entries are optional.

You should give at least five working days notice and details of your new address.  If you are moving into a house with a water meter, a reading is required on the day that you move in.

We will transfer any credit/debit to your new address if it is within our area of supply or send you a refund or final statement if you are moving out of the area.
