Once the application has been processed we may require an appointment with you to carry out a survey to determine if a water meter can be fitted at your property. If a survey is required we will aim to contact you within 7 days of your application. Surveys are carried out between 08:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday.
We may carry out a survey without the need for an appointment with you. If this is the case we will put a card through your door advising of the outcome of the survey and the next steps. If you have any queries, please contact our Billing team on 0345 782 0111.
To complete this online form you will need to provide us with:
- Your account name
- Property type and number of occupants
- Your property address, including postcode
- Your customer reference number
- Landlord's name and address if a rental property
