Water Direct

Water Direct

To apply for the Water Direct scheme you will need to be more than £50 in arrears and receive one of the following benefits:

  • Income Support
  • Income Based Jobseekers Allowance
  • Income Based Employment & Support Allowance
  • Pension Credit

You will also need to provide:

  • Applicant's date of birth
  • Property postcode
  • Applicant's National Insurance Number
  • Account holder's surname
  • Customer reference number

On receipt of your application we will pass this to the Department for Work & Pensions (DWP), who can take up to 6 weeks to process the application. Once the application has been processed we will inform you by letter as to whether your application has been successful or not.
