We are open to take billing calls 8am-7pm Monday to Friday and 8am-3pm Saturday 
• Our busiest day is always a Monday
• Our busiest times of the day (Monday to Friday) are usually between 8am-10am, 11am-12noon and 5pm-6pm

Sewerage services

Essex & Suffolk Water does not provide sewerage services. Our customers receive these from either Anglian Water or Thames Water.

If your sewerage services are provided by Anglian Water you can contact the company with service or billing queries on 0845 791 9155 (8am until 8pm Monday - Friday and 9am until 1pm Saturday).

If you receive your sewerage services from Thames Water, we collect the sewerage charges on their behalf. This is shown on your bill. If you have a service query please contact Thames Water on
0845 920 0800. For billing enquiries please call us on 0845 782 0111.
