Why some repairs are taking longer

Hot, dry weather has led to a significant increase in leaks and bursts across our network. We're dealing with the most urgent repairs first, so some leaks may take longer than usual to fix. We’re prioritising repairs based on safety, the impact on customers and the amount of water being lost. We’ve brought in extra teams and are working hard to reduce delays. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

How we manage an incident

It's important that we have your up to date contact details so we can contact you during an incident. Find out how to sign up to text alerts and how we manage incidents.
