Leaky loos
If your toilet is leaking, we'll come and fix it for free.

On average, leaky loos waste around 215 litres of water a day. We want to cut down on water waste, so where better to start?

How does it all add up?

A leaky loo flushes around £200 a year down the drain. We're pretty sure you want to keep that money in your pocket.

How do I know if my toilet is leaking?
  • Can you see the water running constantly in the toilet? Sounds like you've got a leak
  • Can you hear the water running? Leaks aren't always visible, after all
  • Do you have a water meter? Have you noticed your usage has gone up, but you're not sure why? You might have a leak in your system. We've got more advice on this here
If you are still unsure, why not let us help? Just click the link here or scan this QR code and it will send you to a page where you can take a video of your toilet and then add your contact details. We will then have a look at the video and then give you a call back within 5 working days to let you know if you have a leak. If you do, we will then organise a date and time for a free repair.
