Highway gully issues
These are grid-like drains at the side of the road. You'll need to contact the council to report it.
Sewer manhole covers
These large, usually rectangular or circular covers provide access to public sewers. If a cover is broken, damaged or missing, contact Thames Water or Anglian Water.
Broken water covers
These smaller square or circular covers provide access to stop taps, meters, or valves which we’re responsible for. They're often marked “Water” or “ESW”. Some larger covers may contain several water meters or stop taps.
If a water cover is broken, loose or missing, please report it to us so we can arrange a repair.
