With the rise in the cost of living, we understand it's a difficult time for many. If you're struggling to pay your bills or falling into debt, we're here to help you.

We offer a range of options, including flexible payment plans, payment breaks and financial support schemes such as low income discounts, bill caps, and the option to pay your bill from your benefits.

Support from ReachOut

We work with a company called ReachOut to support our customers through difficult times – not just with money, but with any challenges you may be facing. Sometimes, we ask ReachOut to get in touch with our customers to see if they can help.

ReachOut is not a debt collection agency and won’t ask for payments. Their team, known as Pathfinders, provides friendly and confidential support. They'll listen to your situation and guide you to charities and organisations that can offer free help, such as grants, advice, and support for your financial, mental, or physical wellbeing.
