We offer a commercial meter reading service, where we go out and take meter readings for all non-household properties within our supply area.
This service is available to all retailers at a standard level, but if you need additional or bespoke services beyond our standard service, we're happy to consider your request.
To keep our services fair, when additional services are agreed, they will become either a standard or option to our standard service, as published on our website.
This service is a separate service to the Wholesale Retail Contract, and we will need to put a specific agreement in place.
