Dave Pearse - Wholesale Account Manager

WORK EXPERIENCE:
Dave joined Essex Water in 1989 and developed a broad knowledge of the water distribution function and has experience of working in a commercial environment. Since joining the company Dave led the Water Regulations team through the introduction of new regulations and was a key member of the team that set up NWG Pipeline Solutions & Environmental Services.

Angela Brown - Wholesale Operations Manager

Angela joined Northumbrian Water in 1991 and has experience in a wide range of customer service and field service related roles. WORK EXPERIENCE:
Sian has more than 18 years experience in the water industry and has led teams within Billing and Operational Customer Service, Property Integrity and Leakage. Over the last year Sian has been part of the team responsible for getting the business “ready for retail”, implementing our new Billing and Customer Care system and designing the Wholesale processes ready for market opening.

Trevor Hobb - Wholesale Account Manager

WHAT CAN I DO FOR YOU:
As an Account Manager I am responsible for making sure all aspects of our service provision to you exceed expectations and are compliant with market requirements.

 

WORK EXPERIENCE:
Trevor joined Northumbrian Water in 1990 working with industrial customers and while his specialist field is industrial effluent, he has a thorough understanding of potable water and raw water services and measured charging. A chemist by training, Trevor has extensive knowledge of the water sector including charges, assets and operational practices.

Andrea Burnett - Wholesale Operations Team Leader

Andrea is responsible for managing your operational services.

 

WORK EXPERIENCE:
She has 32 years experience working in the water industry and has always worked within customer facing roles. Andrea’s expertise is in property data, she headed a project team looking at Northumbrian Water’s property data in readiness for retail separation. Andrea is leading our wholesale Service Desk and with her team is currently testing the wholesale processes in the new Customer Care and Billing system.

Paul Moran - Wholesale Compliance Officer

I can help you with any compliance matters investigating any issues and offering you advice and guidance within the new retail market.

 

WORK EXPERIENCE:
Paul’s background is in Construction and Engineering with experience working and complying with regulations, regulators and stakeholders and local authorities. Prior to his appointment as Wholesale Compliance Officer he worked in sewerage operations within our function.

David Oliver-Sheppard - Settlement and Reconciliation Manager

WHAT CAN I DO FOR YOU:
David leads the team that is responsible for all aspects of the settlement and reconciliation process for NAVs and between retail organisations, the central market system and ourselves.

 

WORK EXPERIENCE:
David has more than 11 years experience in water sector billing and associated services. He is very familiar with our property data set and has a wealth of experience on property data related matters, along with a working knowledge of our non-primary charges. David will make sure that your reconciliation issues are promptly and accurately addressed.
