This includes indicative prices for access to our water supply networks. We must review our Access Code, including the indicative prices, at least once a year.
You can find the latest version of our full Access Code and tables of indicative access prices for wholesale and combined access below. These documents also give important information on the main assumptions we've made when calculating these prices.
Our supply areas
We supply water services both in the North East of England, where we trade as Northumbrian Water, and in the South East, where we trade as Essex & Suffolk Water. The indicative prices tables cover both areas.
Case-specific access prices, particularly for combined supplies, may differ from the indicative prices, which are based on standard assumptions that may not apply in particular cases.
