Need to show us something onsite?

With Show & Send, you can send us a short video directly from your mobile phone, helping us understand your query without needing detailed descriptions or additional site visits.

Whether you'd like to show us pipework, a connection point, site conditions or another aspect of your development, Show & Send gives our teams a clearer view of the situation so we can support you more efficiently.

How it works

You can access Show & Send in 2 different ways:

• If our team thinks a video would help us understand your enquiry, we'll send you a text message or email containing a secure Show & Send link.
• You can send us your video using the below link.

There's no need to download an app or create an account. Simply open the link on your mobile device and follow the prompts to record your video.

Recording your video

When recording your video, you'll have up to 60 seconds to capture what you'd like to show us. To get the best results:

• Hold your device upright in portrait mode
• Make sure you talk clearly while you are recording the video to give us as much information as you can
• Clearly capture the area you'd like us to see
• Tap the record button (red circle) when you're ready to start - a 60 second timer will appear on top of the recording window to show how long you have left
• To stop recording, tap the stop button (red circle) if you don’t need the full 60 seconds

Once submitted, your video will be securely shared with the relevant team for review.

Protecting personal information

Please avoid capturing unnecessary personal information when recording your video, such as vehicle registration numbers, wherever possible.
