How to give a meter reading

It's easy to give us a meter reading, you can do this in three ways:

• Create an online account, once logged in, select 'Water meters and usage'. 
• Download our free app from the App Store or Google Play.
• Call our free, 24/7 automated meter reading line on 0800 032 3416.

How to find your water meter

Your water meter could be in your kitchen, bathroom, under the driveway or path outside, or in the road.
 
If you’re not sure where it is, your online account will let you know it's location. You can also find out the meter serial number, previous readings and your water usage.
