For properties 134 - 186 Beauchamps Drive, we expect supplies to be restored by 16:00hrs today and some supplies may restore sooner. Alternative water supplies can be found outside 18 Warren Drive and opposite 186 Beauchamps. We will update this message with any progress. Thank you for your patience.

Essex & Suffolk Water does not provide sewerage services. Our customers receive these from either Anglian Water or Thames Water. If your sewerage services are provided by Anglian Water you can
contact the company with service or billing queries
on 0845 791 9155 (8am until 8pm Monday - Friday
and 9am until 1pm Saturday).
If you receive your sewerage services from Thames Water, we collect the sewerage charges on their
behalf. This is shown on your bill. If you have a service query please contact Thames Water on 0845 920 0800. For billing enquiries please call us on 0345 782 0111.
