Part one - Due to essential maintenance at our Lound Water Treatment Works, customers in the northern part of Lowestoft, Corton, Lound, Blundeston, Belton, Burgh Castle, St Olaves and Somerleyton may notice a slight chlorine taste and/or odour in the drinking water.

Part Two - The water will still be of the highest quality and continue to meet all regulatory standards. We are working hard to complete the maintenance work ahead of schedule, but you may notice this change in taste and/or odour until the end of April.

We are open to take billing calls 8am-6pm Monday to Friday and 8am-1pm Saturday.
Between 2 March 2015 and 1 May 2015 our billing enquiry line will be open until 7pm Monday to Friday.

Essex & Suffolk Water does not provide sewerage services. Our customers receive these from either Anglian Water or Thames Water. If your sewerage services are provided by Anglian Water you can
contact the company with service or billing queries
on 0845 791 9155 (8am until 8pm Monday - Friday
and 9am until 1pm Saturday).
If you receive your sewerage services from Thames Water, we collect the sewerage charges on their
behalf. This is shown on your bill. If you have a service query please contact Thames Water on 0845 920 0800. For billing enquiries please call us on 0345 782 0111.
