    RM7 - We are working hard to repair a large burst water main alongside the A12; to minimise disruption to this busy route, our teams will be on site overnight rather than through the day. To allow us to work safely we'll have an overnight lane East-bound lane closure in place from 20.00 tonight until 0600hrs on Friday 23rd June. One lane will remain open, but please be aware that journeys may take

Sewerage services

Essex & Suffolk Water does not provide sewerage services. Our customers receive these from either Anglian Water or Thames Water. If your sewerage services are provided by Anglian Water you can
contact the company with service or billing queries
on 0345 791 9155 (8am until 8pm Monday - Friday
and 9am until 1pm Saturday). For sewerage service queries and emergencies their 24/7 number is
0345 714 5145.

If you receive your sewerage services from Thames Water, we collect the sewerage charges on their
behalf. This is shown on your bill. If you have a service query please contact Thames Water on 0800 316 9800. For billing enquiries please call us on 0345 782 0111.
